The most important call

An important phone call.

It was an unexpected phone call. When I was  18 years old, I was trying to get into the San Jose Mayor Seminar to be a priest. They were supposed to call me in November to see if I coulld be part of them or not. But it did not happened in November, so I thought that I was not considered. November passed and December came and there was no phone call at all. So I completely forget about that and I decided to continue with my common life. 

I remember that it was during the  religious holidays of Cristo de Esquipulas de Anton.  I was helping in the churche when suddenly I receive a phone call. Amadeus, You have been accepted to start the process in our seminary.

I was complety shock with that new. I did not know what to say. I just remember that I wanted to cry becasue they told me that the process was going to start in just 15 days. That phone call changed everything on my during those days.  I did not know if to go or not and I did not have the time to think it carefully. 

Then I asked for some priest advices and they suggested me to go and realize by myself  if it was going to be something for me or no. I did as they suggested me. I was there for one years and that experience help me a  lot to overcome some difficulties I had.

For this and some other reason, that was the most important call I have received.
